"I put off purchasing this vest for weeks for two reasons: my doubts about its effectiveness, and the cost. Due to increasing frustration about my upper-body shape, I eventually took the risk and bought one. My reservations about the vest's effectiveness were unfounded. It definitely works, better than I dared hope. I can't believe the difference it has made to my upper-body shape, allowing me to wear clothes I enjoy, rather than hiding my shape under numerous thick layers (even in summer). I can now wear a fitted shirt, or a fine v-neck and tee-shirt, with confidence. With regard to the cost, although it is expensive, it has allowed me to reclaim half the clothes in my wardrobe that I was too embarrassed to wear. Inexpensive, when you think about it that way. The vest is tight, so I'm constantly aware that I'm wearing it, but it's not uncomfortable. It's so tight, that I had difficulty removing it. I found that crossing my arms, and peeling it over my head works best. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase, and can't recommend it highly enough. If, like me, you lack confidence because of your man-boobs, do yourself a favour and buy one of these vests. You won't regret it."

"Loving this t-shirt, putting it on made me feel instantly better about myself, very comfortable and it doesn't make you sweat tons or anything like that. only criticisms are that you can see it under most t-shirts, the collar i mean. if this bothers you you'd be better off with a vest i reckon. also, i wish i ordered one size smaller, i measured myself as per the guidelines on here but i'm certain i could have got into a medium instead of a large and had an even better effect, on the whole though, awesome t-shirt, would recommend to anybody."

"Comment: Firstly, I'm so happy I made the purchase of the vest as when it is on it makes all the difference under a shirt. The service I have recieved in exchanging and getting a refund was first class. My suggestions is that the sizing info on you webiste should be re-looked at as my chest size came to 40 inches but the medium size was far too small so I had to go for a x-large in the end. And, you need to promote in mens magazines so other men in this situatuion know that they are not alone and help is at hand. Finally, Firm 51 has totally changed my life and I can now wear my designer shirts and have a slicker look. Keep up the good work" .

They provide the best customer service ever!
