RETURNS/EXCHANGE


14 DAYS NO FUSS RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 days no fuss returns policy. If the item does not fit or you simply don't like it, just send it back and we will be happy to refund you the full amount. If the item does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size. Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size in the same style. We can exchange any items once free of charge. Subsequent exchanges will be charged £3.95 to cover the P&P cost. Please email us prior to sending any items back: returns@firm51.co.uk.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When trying on the compression undershirts or vests, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COMPRESSION SWIMMING TRUNKS
Please note that the compression swimming trunk is a so called intimate garment that cannot be exchanged or refunded once it has been tried on or worn. Please pay close attention to size when ordering the compression swimming trunk. The compression swim top can be exchanged or refunded as long as it has only been tried on and it's free from marks, scent, deodorant stains etc.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Making a return or exchange is easy using our Returns & Exchange service.

  • Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@firm51.co.uk.

  • Please contact us before sending any items back to receive a RMA number. Please note that any items must be returned by registered post to:

  • PLEASE NOTE:
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed

  • EXCHANGES 
    It's free to exchange items for a different size. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RMA and follow the instructions above.

    Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

    RECEIVING A REFUND
    Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card/PayPal account or FIRM51 account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our shipping service.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    • Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.
    • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
    • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
    • All products must be returned by registered post to the above address.

    OUR POLICY
    Items should be returned new & unused (with exception of being tried on). Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

    All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
