- Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to deliver our products within 5-6 working days within UK, Europe, US, Scandinavia, New Zealand and Australia with our standard shipping option. We also offer express shipping with delivery within 3 working days for a flat charge. Our products are sent in a FedEx envelope and the content is marked as "T-shirt" only for your discretion.Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. If you're unavailable to sign for the parcel when it arrives, FedEx will attempt to deliver the parcel the next working day, or you can arrange a convenient delivery time with them.

We are currently accepting PayPal, where you pay with a credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MAESTRO), or simply use your existing PayPal account. You wil NOT be charged any fees for paying via PayPal. We will never disclose your personal contact information (name, address, email address and phone number) to any outside company or third party. - Returns & Exchange
- We offer a 14 days no fuss returns policy. If the item does not fit or you simply don't like it, just send it back and we will be happy to exchange it for another item for free once or refund you the full amount. Please email us prior to sending any items back: returns@firm51.co.uk. It's free to exchange items for a different size. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RMA and follow the instructions on our "Returns & Exchange" page. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

- Customer service is our highest priority, and we will respond to any emails the same day, often within 1-2 hours. Use the menu on the left hand side or on the top of the page to find the type of gynecomastia power garment you're looking for. We are currently selling compression vests, compression undershirts in v-neck and crew-neck design, chest-only compression vests and double layered vests. All garments are available in black or white and in sizes small to 3XL. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath each item.
